We Have Ways Of Eliminating Opposition

UKIP may have to repay £363,697

The EU and the UK courts are in cahoots to put UKIP out of action.
The UK Independence Party has lost the latest stage of its battle to avoid having to repay donations of £363,697.

Gifts by retired bookmaker Alan Bown between December 2004 and January 2006 were illegal as he was not registered to vote, the Court of Appeal said.
The accidental omission of Mr Bown from the electoral register was corrected when discovered but this isn't good enough for the politicos in charge.

Common sense out, vindictive and deliberate political sabotage in. Especially when you consider this:
If the money were forfeited it would go to the Treasury, not back to Mr Bown.
So. Not only a bunch of authoritarian shysters but thieves as well.
