David Miliband is being lined up to become the European Union’s first “foreign minister” as a “plan B” should Tony Blair be blocked from becoming its president.Yes, I can just see that one happening, can't you?
Still, it's a good reminder of the total fatuity of the EU and the people running it/wanting jobs in it, that a man of no discernible talent, experience, understanding or integrity could be considered by anyone as suitable.
